    • Baptism record reads: 19 Dec 1811 [but is squashed in above an entry for July 26, so obvously added later.]
«i»Andrew Tasker in Causewayend & Ellen Andrew had a laeful child baptized called Ann«/i»

There is no mention of her in her sister, Catherine's will so she is presumed to have died young. At this stage it was not manditory to record deaths in Scotland so no records has been found. This is supported by the gravestone inscription below.

Gravestone inscription in the church yard fo Coupar Angus reads"
«i»«1874 in memory of ANDREW TASKER balcksmith Coupar Angus who died March 1856 aged 70 years also of wife HELEN ANDREW who died 1872 aged 80 years also of ANNIE and JAMES who died in infancy Erected in grateful remembrance of the example of their parents by their surviving children also their daughter CATHERINE wh died 8 April 1901 aged 84 years.
      /i»
This would explain the above. She died in infancy«/i»
