I revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions made by me 2. I devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever to my sister Jessie Burchmore absolutely if she shall be living at my death and I appoint her sole Executrix of this my will. 3. If my said sister shall not be living at my death then I appoint my brother Norton Burchmore and Henry Edminds Latham of 15 Norfolk Street in the said City Solicitor (hereinafter called my trustees) to be the executors and trustees of this my will and I direct and declare that the subsequent clauses of this my will shall take effect. 4. I deveise and bequeath all my real and estate whatsoever unto my trustees upon trust to sell call in and convert the same into money (with power in their discretion to postpone such sale calling in and conversion) and after payment of my debts funeral and testamentary expenses to invest the residue of such monies in their names in any of the investements and of all parts of my estate for In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this nineteenth day of August one thousand nine hundred and twenty six.
