Mr. Justiere Wasley towards the end of last year heard a petition in which Daniel McLaren Davidson petitioned for divirce from his wife on the ground of misconduct. Mrs. Davidson counter-petitioned for divorce from husband, and alleged mis- conduct by him with Mrs.RAllison and with another woman. Mrs. Ellison and the other woman were given leave to intervene in

the suit. Mr. Justice Wasley dismissed both the petition and the counter-peti-

      tion.
