DIVORCE COURT.
Davidson Suit.
Mrs. Lucy Mildred Davidson, aged 44 years, of Alexander street, East St. Kilda, petitioned Mr. Justice Lowe, in the Third Civil Court yesterday, for divorce from Daniel McLaren Davidson, aged 44 years, of Charnwood crescent, St. Kilda, company manager, on the ground of misconduct with Dorothy Ellison. The marriage took place on March 11, 1911, in Adelaide. They are two children. Mr. Gorman, K.C., and Mr. Barry (instructed by Mr. Wise) appeared for petitioner. The suit was not defended. Mr. Justice Lowe granted a decree nisi on
the ground of misconduct with Mrs. Elli-son, with costs. Questions of alimony and maintenance were reserved.
Mr. Justiere Wasley towards the end of last year heard a petition in which Daniel McLaren Davidson petitioned for divirce from his wife on the ground of misconduct. Mrs. Davidson counter-petitioned for divorce from husband, and alleged mis- conduct by him with Mrs.RAllison and with another woman. Mrs. Ellison and the other woman were given leave to intervene in
the suit. Mr. Justice Wasley dismissed both the petition and the counter-peti-
tion.
