The funeral of Stanley Stewart, 1445 W 63rd St was held Tuesday afternoon in the Drexel Park Presbyterian church with the pastor the Rev Clinton C. Cox reading the service. Mr Stewart was accidentally killed in Louisiana on Thurdsay last week, and his body was brought to Chicago by a brother on Sunday. Burial was at Oakridge cemetery under the auspices of A. F & A.M.. He is survived by his mother Mrs Jessie Stewart; two sisters, Mrs Lily Archambault and Mrs Ethel Brenan, and four brothers, Davis S, Finlay J, William T, and Isla C Stewart.
US WW1 Draft Registration Card records his occupation asa purchasing clerk at Liquid Car...Co and that he was tall, slender, with blue eyes and dark brown hair.
