Notes - The Horner's were neighbours of the Macpherson's in Durban. Ethne was frindly witht he daughters Vilma and Noreen Horner. Their Grandparents (the Ringo's) farmed at Paddock. She went with the Horner girls on a visit to Paddock, that is where she met Pieter van Zyl.
The Ringo's stood in for the groom's parents at their wedding.
