  from Blechsum, now Blexen, Niedersachsen, Germany. Relationship to Lijsbeth is uncertain - suggested by Delia Robertson and Mansell Upham. Another possibilty is that Lijsbeth was the child of a slave owned by Sandersz. The latter may be more likely as Lijsbeth is recorded as heelslag (full blood) in a subsequent slave transfer.
