While we were at Maritzburg, my sister Maude had twins, a boy and a girl, and I was so excited as I had always wanted twins, but I never saw the twins, as they both took whooping cough when they were a year old and died with a week of each other. They were lovely children, so Granny said; she had seen them.
They died at the age of 13 months in July 1920 according to the Death Certificate for Ronald Leonard Noble
