«i»As regards Auntie Bee, short for Beatrice, she was married to Harry Brown. There was no offspring from this marriage.
Eric Brown is Harry's son by his first marriage.
I first met them at their home in Ospringe (which is also the name of a village in Kent) which was located near Maidstone in Kent. I never met either Harry or his son, Eric, again after that, but met up with Bee many times after she went to Folkestone to live. Harry was in the R.A.F., in what capacity I do not know but I am sure that he was not flight crew rather something to do with ground administration. He and Bee lived on R.A.F. stations in Egypt, Aden and Malta but I am not sure in which order or in what years.«/i»
