Notes - "Janet was tragically killed in Cardiff in 1947, aged 9. She and her brother went to play on an ancient brick bridge spanning a small stream on the opposite side of the road from my parent's house. The bridge collapsed, pinning Janet down into the water where she drowned. Derek was thrown clear."
