  PRIVATE From Ethne Hall: As regards my grandmother (Mac) name she was Bessie Helen and was always known as Nell to her family....When my father was born. He was a very tiny baby and had to be wrapped in cotton wool soaked in olive oil and he slept in his father's shoe box!!
