• Notes

  Vangie and her husband Ken Bully lived in Kenya. During the Mau Mau rebellions, they planned to return to South Africa. Just before they were due to return overland, she died and was buried in Kenya. Ken returned to South Africa and lived with Arthur and Minnie Macpherson (brother-in-law) in Durban in Windermere Road.
