Notes - her baptismal date in de Villiers and Pama is 1817 - this must be a mistake given the age of her siblings and parents. On the other hand her marriage in 1728 makes her 11. This seems unlikely especially for a second marriage - perhaps she is the wrong Anna Marais or the birthdate is wrong?
She is listed (with her second husband Jan Sellier) in the 1731 report of Governor de la Fonteine, in the Drakenstein district with four children and the remark "«i»Heeft Landerijen Dog Niet Sonder Schulden«/i»" (Has land but not without debts)
She is listed with her second husband in the 1733 Muster Roll, Stellenbosch District "«i»Jan Cellier & Anna Marrais«/i»"
